About the client:

The Baltimore County Government is based in Towson, Maryland, and services a population of approximately 850,000. Its responsibilities include producing local television and radio programs featuring educational content, as well as local news and events. 

The challenge:

While the Baltimore County Government had a team dedicated to producing their weekly TV shows, it didn’t have the one to make sure those programs were accessible to deaf and hard of hearing audiences and ADA-compliant. 

It needed a captioning partner who could work alongside their team and fit in with tight weekly production schedules.
