About the client:

Grassroots Baseball is a non-profit organization and independent studio promoting amateur baseball. In 2024, it produced SEE HER BE HER, a documentary film following seven star female baseball players, which premiered at the World Series. 

The challenge:

SEE HER BE HER featured speakers in Korean, Japanese, and Spanish, and the producers needed a team that could translate all those languages into English while staying within the film’s premiere deadlines.

Our solutions:

As we were translating across three languages within tight deadlines, we set up Zoom calls so our translators could collaborate with the film’s editor on where to make proper edits. This eventually saved the film’s producers money and time. 

We also provided English captions and Japanese subtitles to the final film.
